In our office we hardly have any rules but one: “In this office everybody is equal, despite the gender, age, sexual orientation, race, nationality, disability and/or other. Everybody is treated the same way and the company does not accept any kind of harassment, exclusion, discrimination and bullying. If a complaint about any of the above is made to management, an investigation will be conducted and there will be disciplinary procedures, which could lead to a “faute grave” and the immediate dismissal of that person.
